10 mile Tuesday

Lance and I went out this morning for our regular Tuesday 10 miler. Yes, Lance went, too- 2 days after barely surviving his ultra- and he STILL beat me :) We both had good runs. It was a nice morning, pretty cool but a good bit of humidity. We came home and both made sprints to the freezer to get the ice packs out, we are up to 7 now and some days that still isn't enough! One day, maybe one us will be good enough to get those cool ice bath machines like Ryan Hall gets :) Overall, Tuesday has started out well and will end wonderfully with our favorite- BIGGEST LOSER!!!
